Character, static and animated stages are charged separately. A failed stage releases only its own reservation; completed work is kept. The balance requirement and cost are shown before starting.
A new character or each edit costs 2 credits; AI idea refinement costs 1; one static sticker retry costs 3, and one AI-animation retry costs 6.
Gift credits can cover initial characters and static stickers. Editing an existing character requires a successful paid purchase and still costs 2 credits per edit. Watermark-free downloads do not grant commercial rights. Some operational features have separate eligibility requirements.
Eligible new accounts can receive 22 credits for 30 days. Daily login can grant 1 credits for 1 days. Selected purchased credits: Valid for 365 days. The earliest-expiring credits are used first. New purchases do not extend older credits. Gift and purchased credits can be used together.
The Simplified Chinese market uses CNY. Other markets, including Traditional Chinese, use USD and their corresponding checkout channels. Available methods are shown at checkout. Releasing credits after a failed generation is different from a cash refund. See the full Refund Policy for eligibility.
